Buddy Wasisname and the Other Fellers!
Centrepointe Theatre Mainstage
1:00 pm - 1:45 pm

2013 is the THIRTIETH anniversary of Buddy Wasisname and the Other Fellers! In their new show the boys revisit material as requested by fans in a public poll, so perhaps this should be called the nostalgia tour as the lads have pulled out a lot of old favourites. “Dickey Shea”, our favourite Townie is back with new career ideas; the ventriloquist’s dummy “Chummy” ( Is Ray the real shrinking man?) has learned to play Kazoo through the wazoo! The lads touch on at least ten favourite old novelty songs, four lively tune sets and revisit the most beautiful of their early serious songs. Through it all vocal harmonies are better than ever with Byron the bassist adding a fourth voice. As for monologues – Da Yammie…? Well naturally! This group of four Baymen, is ageing nicely.

Like what you see? Purchase a ticket to the full stage show playing later the same evening.
